I decided to open out this blog to let everybody aware and take note of this company Voxxus Marketing Pte Ltd located at 10 Anson Road, #10-11 Intl Plaza, Singapore 079903 to be a dishonest, cheaters, scams merchants). Please be very careful when doing purchase online with them as they usually sell their goods on several online websites (Juztoday.com, streetdeal.sg, deal.sg, shiokdeal.com, alldealasia) using several emails at the moment now:

The details of the whole issue is as follow:
I bought an online deal on deal website on 25 April 2014. Happily thought that I have gotten a good deal, I made an arrangement with them providing my necessary details and their respond of email was fast also saying that item will be mailed 18 days after end of feature.
It was stated very clearly in the voucher that delivery will commence on 10 May 2014 and have to provide them 14 working days for the delivery of the item. Based on my calculation the latest date I should be able to receive the wallet will be 29 May 2014 (considering Vesak day). On the 17 May 2014, I dropped them an email enquiring them when I will receive the item and their reply was that I will be getting next week. (That is fine, cos is still before 29 May)
After waited for another week on the 24 May 2014, I still haven't receive the wallet. I sent them another email and requested them to provide me with the track no. Guess what I was in a shocked when I tracked the no they provided.
It stated item delivered back to them and from the track record it was sent on 25 April 2014??? Why I asked them my status of my wallet on 17 May 2014 and they still replied it will be sent next week? SingPost fart up as well as no delivery advice was issued to me and suppose to send me a reminder 5 days later if the item was not collected (didn't receive as well). It was shown VERY CLEARLY that the item was not collected after 10 days and item was sent back to them.
I asked them whether they have received the item back from SingPost and their reply was NO. WTH??? Amount paid no item received?? I filed a complaint with SingPost requesting them to track the last address that the item was sent to. After facing so much difficulties and troubles as I am NOT the customer of SingPost and they require a lot of things (eg proof of delivery, address of the sender, company name etc) and the whole processed drag about 1 week. Finally got an answer. Item was sent back to the sender address: 10 Anson Road, #10-11 Intl Plaza, Singapore 079903
How come this sender claim they didn't receive back?? I really don't know. If you guys go search online same address same unit no a lot of different companies are registered under the same address (JJ & E management, voxxus marketing pte ltd, Juztoday and many more etc) Finally the seller (voxxus marketing aka simple buys agreed to reorder a wallet for me and I also agreed to pay the delivery charge of $8 but they estimated the arrival of the wallet to be on 20 June 2014 and I am willing to wait as well. This Voxxus Marketing also provided me with their company bank account and request me to transfer $8 upon arrival of wallet.
I waited very patiently for the wallet and on the 19 June 2014, I dropped them another email to check my status of my wallet. Guess what? Their reply? They act as if nothing happen (think they have dementia or "bai chi")
Back to square one. To my disgustment, they said they have emailed SingPost and received to reply??!!! I was like wtf is happening?? I shooted them another email on 20June2014 and told them not to treat like an idiot and fool waiting for their answers and response. And I can say their response to email is damn slow. Our $$ they collect very fast. Products and emails very slow. Indeed very realistic. At the meantime I sent my complaint to deal.com as well. Within the same day, deal.com (replied me back an email stating that they will refund the full amt to my credit card within 3-4 wks) I feel satisfied with deal.com and groupon as both have the 100% guarantee back if customers are not satisfied.
On 21 June 2014, 12.30am I received email an email from that simple_buys guess what their reply? Reply equals to no reply. We have mailed to u on 25April2014 blah blah blah... I don't know how many victims have fell into their scams.
Conclusion:
Screen the background of the merchant thoroughly before buying their products and items.
Voxxus marketing Pte Ltd are real cheaters and they still have the same deals on Juztoday website. Best of luck to those who have purchased the items with them...Their new terms and conditions:

What is the point of paying to have registered item when they cant assure they item will reach safely to buyer???
If those unfortunate buyers who have bought the deals and didn't from them with JuzToday website, either go to their office bang their tables or file a small claim tribunals. Good Luck!!!
